Diversified Automotive Services, a sales and  repair shop specializing Volvo's & Acura's  in Easton, PA, was founded in 1996 by Robert Walter Jr, a Volvo enthusiast who has been working on cars since before he was old enough to drive. In the decade since, hundreds of Lehigh Valley Volvo  & Acura drivers have become loyal Diversified Automotive Services customers. They come from miles around to Rob's shop, driving Volvos & Acuras of all vintages: from brand spanking new Volvos & Acuras still under warrantee, to '80s wagons that are still safely on the road at the 350,000 mile mark.

The mission of Diversified Automotive Services is to promote safety and the environment by providing excellent Volvo & Acura sales, repair and maintenance services in a setting that benefits customers and employees.  Diversified Automotive Services not only provides sales and service, but is also a supplier of new and used parts.  Our customers who choose to work on there own vehicles can take pride in knowing that they part of the recycling process, when purchasing used parts.  They also feel safe in knowing that the new parts sold are of OEM quality.  We have included a store in our website, so you can also purchase parts too.

On a typical day at Diversified, you'll find Rob and Peter in the shop.  They are a great team: two highly-skilled and experienced mechanics who love to help customers keep their Volvos & Acuras running smooth and safe.

While Rob and Peter work on the cars, Hanna is up in front welcoming customers, scheduling appointments, discussing options, making recommendations, answering questions, and handles the vehicle sales.  Sharyn , the shop assistant, assists Hanna at the front desk, gives customers rides, and keeps the front area clean. The customer area features, TM Wards coffee, a child play area , framed photographs, and a wide range of current magazines. These creative and comforting touches reflect Rob and Hanna's personal interests as well as there commitment to giving customers a pleasant experience.
